Découpage, from the French "Découper" meaning to cut. Thought to originate in Eastern Siberia. The art was later found in China and in the 17th century in Venice and Florence. An extraordinary technique and way to fix and varnish cut paper on furniture, wood or decorative items. There are no limits in terms of design, style or colour.
